Fourteen buildings across one property, all occupied. Residents got written notice a week ahead for their building and again the day before, which cut the complaint calls to almost nothing.

Work ran one building at a time so parking and walkways were only affected in one area on any given day. Debris was contained and the site was cleaned before crews left each afternoon.
