Riverbend Warehouse Roof Replacement

The existing roof was at the end of its life and leaking over racked inventory. The building runs two shifts and could not stop, so the work was sectioned and every open area was dried in before crews left for the day.

Deck was inspected as the old system came off and replaced where it had corroded. Drains were resized where ponding had been a recurring problem.
