Public lot resurfaced over two weekends to keep the adjacent building open on weekdays.
Project Overview
A municipal lot next to an occupied building, resurfaced entirely on weekends. Crews mobilized Friday evening and had the lot open again Monday morning, twice.
Drainage was the real problem. Two low areas held water after every rain, so those were regraded before the overlay rather than paved over again.
