Fairview Office Tenant Improvement

A single floor of an occupied office building, reworked from closed offices to open plan with a handful of conference rooms and a break area. The floors above and below stayed in use the whole time.

Demolition and anything loud ran between six in the evening and five in the morning. Deliveries used the freight elevator on a booked schedule so the lobby was never staged with material during the day.

• Existing mechanical reused where capacity allowed
