Northgate Retail Center Buildout

The owner needed the anchor tenant trading before the holiday season with three smaller suites finished behind it. We sequenced the work so the anchor shell, storefront and fit out ran ahead of the rest of the building.

Structural steel was already in place when we mobilized. The rest was interior framing, storefront glazing, mechanical rough in and the coordination that keeps four separate tenant schedules from colliding.
